So I have been desperately trying to find a job for the last few months with not much success. When Joan wanted the part of Dangerous Diana in Our Dancing Daughters, she went to producer Hunt Stomberg’s office and stripped naked. He told her that Harry Beaumont was doing the casting for the film. Joan went to Harry’s office (without getting dressed) and 30 minutes later got the part. So I guess this is what it’s gonna take to get a job. I had thought a tap dancing routine would be sufficient, but I guess stripping down naked is the way to go on my next job interview.
